East Grand Rapids Home Search

Arguably, East Grand Rapids is the #1 school district in the entire State of Michigan and for that reason, is a highly desirable address for your new home. Caledonia - Alto - Lowell Home Search

Caledonia prides itself on preserving its rural heritage and small town feel as we continue to be one of the fastest growing townships in West Michigan. Located on the southern border of Kent County, Caledonia is home to everything from flowing rivers and green pastures to a bustling business district and beautiful residential developments. Alto, located in the southeast corner of Kent County, has several historic buildings including the historic township hall which is still in use today, the ladies aide hall which is now a museum and the restored one-room schoolhouse. Historic downtown Lowell spans six city blocks alongside the scenic Flat River, close to numerous parks, lakes and golf courses. A vibrant art scene and eclectic shopping district add character and charm to this largely rural city 20 minutes east of Grand Rapids.

Grandville - Wyoming Home Search

Grandville is located approximately ten miles southwest of Grand Rapids on the western border of Kent County. Grandville has become a commuter suburb with easy access to Grand Rapids via the Ford Freeway. It's also home to an exciting regional shopping area which includes RiverTown Crossings Mall.

The City of Wyoming has a long and proud history, incorporated in 1959 from Wyoming Township. Today, Wyoming is Michigan's 16th largest community with west Michigan's third largest industrial tax base. The City has grown to over 72,000 residents with a diverse cultural base, seven school districts, a balance of older and modern homes, retail variety and an abundance of parkland.

Hudsonville - Jenison - Georgetown Home Search

Hudsonville is located along I-196 midway between Grand Rapids and Holland in one of the fastest growing areas in the State of Michigan. The city has two community parks, one neighborhood park and a nature center. In 2004 the city dedicated a new veteran's park which has six life size statues representing the five branches of the military, a memorial wall for veterans names and an amphitheater. Hudsonville is known for its well-kept homes, community pride, fine churches and excellent public and private schools. 

Georgetown Township is located in Ottawa County, Michigan and also encompasses Jenison. The combined population is over 50,000 in this bustling community.

Rockford - Belmont - Cedar Springs Home Search

Rockford provides both shopping and recreation. Its malls, downtown business district and Squires Street, (a restored section of downtown the way it used to be), offer a variety anyone can appreciate. Rockford is also an active and friendly community, recreationally, the big attraction is the Rogue River, where fishing, and canoeing are at their finest. Bike and hike on the White Pine Trail, golf, camping, snow skiing and West Michigan's only ziplining adventure on the slopes of Cannonsburg. 

Belmont is situated in Plainfield Township and provides access to the longest rail-to-trail corridor in Michigan, the White Pine Trail. The trail extends from Comstock Park to Cadillac and covers over 93 miles. Approximately 14 miles are paved in this area suitable for the physically challenged, seniors, families and others.

Cedar Springs is known as "Red Flannel Town", it's the home of the famed red flannel used by hunters as well as Santa Claus. Cedar Springs is a friendly crossroads town, situated at the junction of M-46 and US-131, and only a few minutes from Grand Rapid. It is also centrally located near numerous recreational areas, lakes and parks.
